How we work / Scope. Sequence. Proof.
A plan you can follow.
Work you can check.
No mystery behind a monthly bill. We agree the priorities, name the task owner and keep the evidence beside the work.
Illustrative sample scorecard- 01 / Weeks 1–2
Know the starting point.
Confirm access, services, true response areas and call coverage. Check Maps, reviews, service pages and nearby firms. Record dated checks by query and location.
You can check / Baseline, agreed priorities and a shared workboard.
- 02 / Weeks 3–6
Fix the most useful gaps.
Correct agreed profile facts. Improve key pages and mobile call links. Set up honest review requests for eligible past and new customers. Test changes before rollout.
You can check / Documented edits, tested contact paths and approved requests.
- 03 / Months 2–3
Keep the work moving.
Continue review outreach and site improvements. Repeat comparable search checks. Track what changed, what stayed the same and what needs your help.
You can check / Weekly notes, evidence links and a monthly owner review.
- 04 / Months 4–6
Learn from real changes.
Review comparable data and adjust the plan. Keep useful work going. Discuss next steps using actual evidence, not a promise that six months will produce a rank or job count.
You can check / Monthly scorecard, revised priorities and a clear next decision.
The weekly note
Five fields.
No missing story.
Done. Working On. Waiting On You. Numbers. Next. We agree a weekly update day and review the work with you each month.
Each task has an owner, target date and evidence. Missed dates stay visible, with a reason. Blocked work names what is needed next.
The workboard is set up at onboarding. It is not an existing public client portal. Numbers depend on verified access; your job records show booked work.

Your part / Our part
Low lift does not
mean no involvement.
You provide true service details, access, eligible customer records and approvals. Your staff answers calls and sends crews. We do the agreed work where access allows.
Your direct line to Michael
You receive his private number at onboarding. Call or text day or night. Urgent concerns come first; routine replies come at the next available working opportunity. This is not instant staffed 24/7 support.
Changes are checked before rollout. Review requests follow platform rules and consent needs. We ask all eligible genuine customers—not only happy ones.
